When you visit PRSC you can be confident that your Cometic RN has completed training in all the procedures completed in clinic, we work to strict guidelines; practices & protocols and are managed & Audited by an Accredited Medical Overseer.  Aesthetic Cosmetic Medicine is a combination of both art & science - it is not EXACT.  As we appreciate you as a completely unique individual, we ask that you understand that individual treatment results may vary between clients, therefore, although we always try our very best to meet & exceed your expectations we cannot guarantee how each individual will respond to the treatment delivered.

Terms and Conditions

When booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Payments

   • When booking an appointment a non-refundable deposit is required this reserves your treatment slot.  The deposit amount will be applied towards the total service fee.

 • If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, allowing us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients and ensures that your Cosmetic practitioners time & commitment is respected.

  • Clients are encouraged to attend a review appointment within 2-4 weeks (dependent on the type of treatment provided) post treatment. This allows us to assess the treatment outcomes and address any possible concerns. Please note that adjustments or touch-ups are only available during this period - if further treatment is requested the client will agree to book an additional appointment, the cost of which will be at the clients cost, as will any additional product required.

   •   Payment: Full payment for services is due on the day of treatment. We accept payments via  Eftpos, Bank Transfer or cash.

   •   Price Changes: Prices for services are subject to change at any time. If prices change after booking but before your appointment, you will be notified.

2. Deposits and Refund Policy

   •   Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. By placing a deposit, you confirm your commitment to the appointment and our policies.

   •   Cancellation or Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

   •   Refunds: Refunds are not issued for any services once provided, including situations where you are unsatisfied with the results. In cases of medical complications, please reach out to us directly for assistance.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

   •   Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving fifteen minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

   •   No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for appointments without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a fee before rebooking.

4. Safety and Medical Consent

   •   Medical Disclosure: Prior to treatment, clients must complete a medical history form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes.

   •   Treatment Suitability: We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the treatment may not be safe or suitable based on your medical history.

   •   Consultations: A pre-treatment consultation may be required to determine if the procedure is suitable for you. Any advice given during consultation does not constitute a medical diagnosis.

5. Liability and Responsibility

   •   Results: While we strive to achieve optimal results, outcomes are not guaranteed. Individual results may vary.

   •   Liability Waiver: By booking a service, you agree to release Phoenix Rising Skincare Clinic from liability for any adverse effects or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments provided.

   •   Aftercare: You will receive aftercare instructions post-treatment. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results, and we are not responsible for any complications arising from non-compliance.

 •   You are encouraged to attend your review appointment where the effects of your treatment will be reviewed by your Practitioner.  Please attend, especially if you have any queries or concerns re the results, we can only address these if we are able to assess the outcome at review.  Please be advised that should you require and/or request additional treatments at this time these will be at an additional cost to yourself.

6. Package Validity

  • All treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Clients are encouraged to complete all sessions within this period to achieve optimal results. Unused sessions beyond the validity period will be forfeited.

  • For packages that include Homecare kits, the kit will be gifted during the first treatment session and will include products specific to the individual clients skin health goals and will support the healing process during the following month - any subsequent kit requested (or DP products required) will be at the clients own cost.

7. Complimentary Products

  • Packages may include complimentary homeware kits, provided during the first treatment session. These products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of product unavailability, a suitable alternative of equal value will be offered.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

   •   Confidentiality: All personal and medical information provided will be kept confidential in compliance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

   •   Contact: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders and relevant clinic communications. You may opt out at any time.

9. Policy Amendments

   •   Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them prior to booking.
